Our Pioneer Balloon Mexico operation, known as Globos Qualatex, was established in March 1993 in the heart of Acatlan.  For more than 30 years, this facility has been home to some of the most trusted balloon brands in the world, offering a broad selection of high-quality latex colors and sizes.  A dedicated on-site printing plant ensures vibrant, custom creations for every celebration.  Our main distribution hub in El Dorado, Kansas serves the U.S. and international markets outside of Mexico, while customer in Mexico and South America are supported by our facility in Puebla, Mexico.  Wherever you are, Pioneer delivers with speed, care and consistency.
