Pioneer has been making latex balloons since being founded in 1917 as Pioneer Rubber Company and is still recognized as a leading producer of 100% natural latex rubber balloons.

Pioneer Balloon Mexico /Globos Qualatex was founded in March 1993.  After more than 3 decades , Pioneer still produces some of the world’s top brands of latex balloons in Actalan, Mexico . Additionally, there is a printing plant at this location offering a plethora of printed latex balloon designs.

Pioneer’s brands include: Funsational®, Sensacional® and CloudBusters™. Pioneer also exhibits a core competency in private brand packaging. 

Pioneer’s primary distribution facility is in El Dorado, Kansas from which it ships USA customers and other countries outside of Mexico . Mexico and South American customers are shipped from Pioneer's distribution facility in Puebla, Mexico.
